Hello, I am Padishah. I have been introduced to anarchism (though I remain to be convinced) and to this site by my good friend Haraldur (with whom I am studying Physics at Imperial College), I am currently politically a Social Democrat (political compass: Economic Left/Right: -3.00, Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.23), ethically a nihilist and interested in knowing more from this site.

Well, you have come to the correct place to learn about anarchism. I think you will find a lot of people who also are nihilists as well (I would consider my self one, except that I don't ...).

I too used to be unconvinced about anarchism, however, I stuck around here and I talked to people in real life, and I did shit, and I am an anarchist.

Welcome to the board! A friend of Haraldur's is a friend of mine. :)

He was the one who first introduced me to technocracy, which has had some impact on my political paradigm. Have you discussed it with him? We have a few threads on it in the Theory forum, run the word through the search function to find them.

Also, coming from a country with a long history of social democrat rule, Sweden, I regret to inform you that it's crap. See this thread (http://www.revleft.com/index.php?showtopic=65268), one of many in which I try to explain why. Please revive it or start a new one, so we can discuss & debate.. ;)
