So I have, several times, told my parents exactly the system I plan to set up. (For those who don't know I don't preach the idea of a stateless society, at the same time I don't preach state ownership... its class that bothers me) So the other day we were in a row and my father asked me to describe how people would be "equally different".

So I said that if we all do our part (six hour day , five days a week or something like that) then we would all recieve the things of life. House, furniture, food, clothes. And you would be asked what you want it to look like and then it would be sent to you. And my father said what if one guy wants a regular couch and one wants a leather couch. And I said they both get what they want and he said the leather couch costs more. So I told him how if the leather was produced for free by a worker(who worked so that he too could get all his needs filled) and the couch was constructed for free, and shipped for free. Then how would it cost more? And he just said well it does now so why would it not later. And I told him that leater couches are expensive because corporations keep the price high by saying that rich people use leather couches and therefore they are expensive

So yeah, here is a thread to post the really cappie things some people blindly believe.

The simple answer to that question is equal doesn't necessarily mean to be the exact same (that would be a pretty monotonous world).

The basis of Communism is ''Everyone giving according to the best of their abilites and receiving according to their needs''.

This is the long term goal of Communism which will be the final product after years of having a communal economy.
