Billy Bragg

He's an English Folk/Punk/Folk-rock singer. Has very strong routes to Socialism, and is well known in the Unions.

I saw him on his tour, I seem to remember it was under the banner 'Fight the BNP' or something of that nature. Very strong, and good political lyracist.

I urge to take afew minutes to look into this guy. He also has a good interpretation on what it's like to be a real British citizen. We are workers, and are proud not to be Racist.

I'm annoyed by people complaining about Billy Braggs version of The Internationale. Yes, it is different, people are allowed to create their own art. No where in his album cover was there a declaration that we all must now sing his version.

I saw him live about 3 years ago, the same gig I saw Bob Dylan. He was brilliant. Stirred the crowd up into a political frenzy! He would rant about the government and other such injustices between songs. It was really cool :)
