I have a few simple questions:
1.)What color spraypaint would best show up on a dark shirt?
and
2.)Has anyone seen a good surveillance camera stencil?

Thanks for any answers.

1) Depends on the colour of the shirt, but white paint is great for black shirts, hot pink is pretty sweet too.

2) There's a stencil of a surveillance camera at the stencil database:

Also, spraypaint isn't generally as good as fabric paint applied wih a roller/screen.

white spray paint looks great on almost any dark color

Spray paint looks like shit on shirts, chips off, and gets hard. Use fabric paint.
