This is a photoshop based around this picture I found of a black panther party protest against the imprisonment of some of the members (Don't really know the backstory to it, just gathering what I can from the picture)... I suppose I could lable it a wallpaper, it's in the right ratio...

I wouldn't get rid of the splatter all together. I would just get rid of them or phase them out, near the center around the dude with the beret.
