I know this happened a few years ago, but it's an interesting thought given that there are few differences between the interests behind the Liberal Party of Canada and the interests behind the Bush Administration. For this reason, I'm certain Chretien was warning Bush to not incite a popular rebellion against the global bourgeoisie by making the harsh realities of its interests too obvious.

Well, as a fellow Canuck, Cretin's gone, though (and I dismiss him as a pathetic "national leader," anyway).

[Of course NOBODY will pay attention to the "poverty" situation. But, the warning here is that "poverty" is often mistakenly interchangeable with "exploitation." Lumpenproles don't work to put food on the tables of Big Businessmen.]
