I'm in the process of doing an assignment on Work Choices in Australia and I was wondering if any one knew of some good unbiased links i could use to gather some information on, even some non pro-government ones would be good.
Any help is greatly appreciated

The ABC has had some news items about councils in Qld who want to use it, you could do a search there. Also I'm sure the unions (ACTU particularly) would have some information (contact a local union branch, I'm sure they can give you info, and it would look good on your reference list).
As for unbiased ones, well do a search on the Internet and any academic pages are likely to be relatively unbiased. But do remember that all reports are always going to be biased, it is just a question of how much and how.
The government would have sites detailing what it is (a quick search brings up, http://www.workchoices.gov.au/ ).
Wikipedia has a bunch of info, but don't use any of it, go to the references instead ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WorkChoices ).
As part of my quick search, I came across this http://celrl.law.unimelb.edu.au/go/work-ch...lysis/index.cfm (http://celrl.law.unimelb.edu.au/go/work-choices-analysis/index.cfm) as well.
Basically, you are going to have to search, use "work choices" and any alternative terms (that the unions might use for example). And do your referencing correctly.
