View Full Version : Interrogation and Drugs

I recently had a hell of an experience, but a learning one, and I came out on top.

Now we all know that intelligence agencies will sometimes uses chemicals to assist interrogation. But the reverse is true, chemicals can be used to resist interrogation.

Now, let’s just saying something happened in my apartment. An oops! And the second I recovered from it I knew that the police would be around within an hour. After cleaning up the evidence and sprucing the apartment up, everything was fine, except me. I was wired, adrenaline, flushed, looking guilty as hell.

So I went and took a triple dose of some fast acting anti-anxiety medication I had on hand. Lorazepam (aka Ativan). Then I put on some jazz, lit a cigar, poured myself some brandy, and picked up a book.

Sure enough, about half an hour later the cops were at my door. I invited them in, answered their questions, exuding an aura of complete ignorance, innocence, and nonchalance. And I felt it too. I felt like I had nothing to do with anything, and was more than happy to have them in my apartment. Within minutes they shrugged and left.

And that’s the end of the story. The OD on anti-anxiety pills made me cow-like calm, while being cognitively fully in control.

I plan to include it in my “Action Kit” from now on.

Excellent. But how do you keep yourself from passing out? :)

You could also use breathing exercises and social-engineering methods to do this, but it takes years of practice.

Actually, Systema, Yoga, Kung-Fu and other martial arts and exercising techniques are good for supressing anxiety/nervousness. Some cognitive psychotherapy techniques can work for this as well.

Well if you pass out, they can't question you! :D

Just thought I'd mention that mixing benzos and liquor isn't generally a good idea.

The brandy was for the cigar, not for drinking.

ba too many people are too paranoid on this site, unless you admit to doing something REALLY bad the higher powers wont give a shit, plus in court an admittance to something on an internet forum wont get you busted.

Rev that was badass, nothings funnier than messin with the pigs lol

The non-chemical lesson to be learned is you need to feel what you fake. Because I felt so calm, even I believed I had nothing to do with anything. Convince yourself, then convince others.

Think I did say a bit more than was prudent, so I blanked a bit.

I invited them in

Always, always, always ask for a search warrant before letting the police into your home.

I invited them in as part of the act. I keep my apartment "legally sanitized".

my bedroom is not very "legally sanitary". i have paint pens, stencils, and about 8-10 cans of spraypaint lying around. thats why i never let my parents straighten my room or even go in there.

Don't bother asking, he's probably in prison right now. The pigs came to his house and he managed to tell us what was going on before they got to him, but we haven't heard from him since. We're still trying to figure out a way to contact him though.
