How would avegan go about gaining weight? :huh: It seems facking impossible!

Vegan's are certainly at a much lower risk but it certainly doesn't mean that it's impossible if someone really tried by eating calorie-dense foods or building muscle for example.

Look up Vegan bodybuilding diet's they are a good place to start if you want to see how they do it. I'm working on the same project of building muscle.

Eat loads of Oreos. :P (What, they're vegan)

Also loads of protein (TVP, soy etc) and maybe try changing around your meal routines, eating a larger evening meal might help.

Ok maybe i'm missing something, but vegans don't eat ANYTHING from animals, including the stuff that comes out of them?(milk, cheese?) So ice cream and such would be obsolete right?

If animals don't include humans, you can always pick up a tub of Muscle milk(makes you gain weight like crazy so use when and if you are going to work out), which is derived from human breast milk. :blink: I tried the stuff with out knowing what it was and it was really good, especially the bannana flavor. But once I read the label..... :wacko: I threw up pretty bad haha.

And remember that everybody's metabolism is different. Some vegans can go through 4 boxes of Oreo double stuffs and loose weight in the long run, while others blimp up.

THe main issue year is protein intake. You need to be one of those twats who looks at the nutritional values of things you buy to determine protein content. Rice is fairly good in this respect, as is peanut butter. You may also want to check out protein shakes - they are generally a bit manky but the can massively increase protein intake.

Or you could stop being a fucking vegan.

exercise less and eat more?

Same way you gain weight when you're not a vegan.
