Cuban Parliament holds hearing on electoral system

I had difficulty reading through this yap but as far as I can see the parliament held a hearing on the electoral system, its challenges etc.

Anyone know what it was about? More information?

There's no set changes which are going to be made, rather it seems they have called for more constructive discussion and debate on the democracy and Cuba's electoral and political system. With a possible review of the constitution.

It seems like they're just trying to increase civil participation in national politics, which would seem to be supported by the claim that they may start teaching the politics of the constitution in schools.
