The Moron President definitely has a doctrine of global imperialism. If you read PNAC and other neocon documents, they speak of "unilateral action" against all countries who are "hostile" to the US, which is a doctrine of global imperialism., not constitutionalism.
The constitution is kind of vague on some issues (I.e., the second amendment),but it is clear on two of them: congress must declare war, and the president must follow the rule of law. So Bush, Richard "If the president does it it's not illegal" Nixon, and Reagan, were not constitutionalists.

I'm not sure what exactly you're asking though. Clarify it, in sentences, please.

i think the Libertarian Party in the US possibly best fits your query - right-wing in economics, yet holds the Constitution in high regard, and has some members that hold the idea of isolationism

that's the closest i could think of though

I also think that it sounds like the Libertarians.

Also a little off-topic but the second amendment is very clear, even more clear if you read what they had written in other papers.

or if you want someone close to that who has a real chance of winning, republican ron paul is a good ticket. i'll vote for him if he gets nominated (i doubt he will they'll go for juliani or some trash).

one of my mates described the Libertarian Party as 'the Republican Party...without Jesus' - i must say i have to agree with him there!

i see the attraction of voting for someone like Ron Paul, i.e. someone who is anti-war etc... however i wouldn't vote for him, because his economics are pretty right-wing - he wants more or less everything privatised. So no, not for me
