From what I know, IMT (International Marxist Tendency) supports Chavez, organizes the "Hands of Venezuela" campaign and supports Hezbollah all the way; however their branch in Turkey opposes Chavez and Hezbollah on the basis that they are not really anti-capitalist and that they are bourgeois. What does the IMT think of this and the branch in Turkey? Or do they even know about those positions of their branch in Turkey?

They're not a branch as such. They are people that IMT is in discussions with, brave comrades but not part of IMT as such, i think, please dont take that as gospel.
We don't support hezbollah. That's simply a complete msrepresentation of our position. We do support the Venezuelan revolution and believe in working inside the bolivarian movement. I would disagree with the Turkish comrades analysis of this.

Hmm... well, in Wikipedia, it said that MT (Marksist Tutum) is the IMT section in Turkey, there are links to their website in the IMT site and I remember seeing links to the IMT site from their website but now I can't seem to find those links. Anyway, thanks for clearing up the situation.

Yes we have links with them. I am glad to call them comrades but they are not members of the international in the same way that say the British section is, they are more like an affiliate i suppose.
