There are lots of rednecks at my school.
They all come from working class families and a lot have a union background but they dont seem to see that its capitalism that is the enemy.
There are a few people like me at our school but I keep thinking of how cool it would be if these guys came on to our side. They have a lot of energy and anger but they dont seem to know where to put it except in stupid racist ways.
Can anyone give us a clue? :(

Well first off, I think the term "redneck" is kind of a racist statement in itself, but I won't really Elaborate on that right now.
First off, probably the best way to try and "recruit" commies is just to approach friends and people you know and ask them how much they really know about Communism. A great way to start these conversations is to first explain the factors that make up Communism without telling them it is actually Communism. Then ask them what words come to mind when Communism is mentioned. Flyers, Leaflets, Essays; these all do their job if they are made well so try and use these as your tools to explain what it is.
There are a lot of threads on this so I will spare your time by linking to a couple I think are important.

That's definitely a starting point. Try to organize them around that line before getting into any radical ideology.

Just talk about problems with Capitalism, talk about Communist/Anarchist Solutions, just without using those words.
And calling some one a redneck, and not showing respect is'nt going to get you far, also elitism is for jackasses.
