I was thinking of what I previously said in part one. And I came up with a solution to set into effect democracy after the revolution.
As I have come to realize, a dictatorship must, in todays world take control revolution to set up and go through any dramatic reforms.
After the revolution there will be a time when militias will be established. These militias would co-exist with the revolutionary army. The militias leaders would be elected by the people. These militias would serve as (possibly) act as firemen and police.
At the time of stabilization of the militias the military would begin to disapear. There are two reasons for losing to military. Without a huge brute force on their side, the dictator would not overstep his bounds. And the other is that without a military the CIA would not be able to cause a Coup. And if the CIA would infiltrate a militia. There would be others to fight. And if the government was giving the people liberty, they would protect their liberty.
And if the U.S. outright attacked the revolutionary government without just cause there would be a world outrage.
The Dictator would act as an organizer of the Militias. He or she would gather ideas from the people, and then enact them. If the people object to this law or tax or whatever they would contact there local militia. And at the N.M.M. (National Militia Meetings) they would discuss the peoples needs.
Hopefully I can figure out where the holes are in this system and fix them. Any ideas or questions please post.
