I smell cover-up

Its been all over the news about G.W.Bush having a colon check up or something and I believe that this has been purposely spread around to cover up something that the presidency doesnt want us to hear about. Anybody know of some news that the U.S. government might want to keep out of the public's attention right now?

The reason people made a big deal out of it was because cheney was going to be the commander in chief for four hours. Not because they gave a shit about the state of the president's asshole.

Why should they make a big deal out of Cheney being the Fuhrer of the States?I thought he was in charge anyway.Please don't scare me any further by saying that that cokehead Dubya actually has a say in US policies,'cos then we really are f%#*ed.

Personally, I don't think it's a cover-up. I think news is slow, and the only thing they have to talk about is what they're finding in the president's ass. Do you remember a few months ago when he nearly choked on something? It's the only thing the media has to focus on, currently.
