I really want to go, some of my friends are going down.

I'm sure Girl Talk will be great, I think the Decemberists are going too.

Also, I've heard it's quite easy to score drugs, which is another plus.

June. I will most likely be going. Tickets are already on the third wave though, if they haven't already sold out for now.

EDIT: Several of my friends have been, and had a great time. Several are going this year as well. And yes, it's quite easy to score pretty much any drug you'd like, as well as get great deals on various sorts of pipes and other things.
