TV Programme on C4

Whether you agree with the theory or not - i am undecided myself - please watch this program "the big global warming swindle" (or something like that) it proposes that climate change is natural not man-made, and only used as Government propaganda. I'm gonna make my mind up on the subject after watching the programme. Just to let you know, channel 4 thursday at 9.00.

the same channel that had a dispatches program that proposed Global warming exists and was totally caused by human beings only a few months ago? let me guess theyr trying to confuse me into a state of total submission so i will do their every bidding? i'm not stupid and i'm not gonna get brainwashed by believing all i hear - im not also going to completely blindly distrust every source of information that comes my way. I don't mean to be rude and thanks for the tip, but I'll never let anything brainwash me, and besides i never said i was going to agree with what the film said. I'm just gonna watch and try and piece together an opinion. I guess the only other source i have is the internet, and to be honest this is the only site I really trust on it. The accuracy of the internet can be as, if not more, questionable than television. However, importantly, I do understand your arguement and, if it does go against what the government wants, then why would they allow it to be shown?

Yes, most of the large economic interests oppose it as do certain "skeptical" scientists and politicians (many of whom are probably bankrolled by these corporations).

Exxon Mobil is the largest oil and gas corporation.

I had to miss it, but apparently it was an excellent documentary, challening much of today's environmentalist orthodoxy. It was made by Martin Durkin, who the Greens try to demonise by continually pointing out his 'dodgy Marxist background'.
