Mother Theresa was white, *insert random black murderer's name here* was black.

This logic blows.

Mother Teresa was a lying, corrupt, hypocritical attention whore, and she wasnt white.

Martin Luther King was a christian, Stalin was an atheist...

I despise religion as much as the next rational-minded person, but that doesn't mean I defend all atheists and denounce all christians.

Stalin was an atheist...

Good for Stalin!

Though that commonly accepted notion has recenly come under question.

Some say Stalin actually went to a confession during the height of WWII.

No one asked you to. But you have to get one thing straight: You have the responsibility to advance the cause of atheism, and expose the hypocricy of the religious. By logic, you can't "hate the sin but love the sinners", like RS2K used to say.

Why not?

How do you love a rapist but hate rape?

There's no atheists in a foxhole

It's because of Stalin's background, I would assume. He was born to a religious family and studied in an Orthodox Christian bootcamp.

Most others are not as unfortunate.

God can be somewhat helpful at times. The grim truth is we're all going to die and god brings a sort of warmth feeling that we have a chance of life after death. The thought of nothingness can be scary.

Does everyone feel that way?

Maybe it's cuz of your background, cuz I swear it never occurred to me.

Born and raised an Atheist, untainted by religious toxics. :)

....

"God" often helps people when they are in life or death situations or just plain fucked up situations that they feel powerless over, hence the term "no atheists in a foxhole".

See, that's not my case. I'd been through some scary senarioes in my life. For example, at one point, some doctor managed to convince everyone in my family that I had Leukemia. I almost drowned in the ocean and fell off a cliff.

But the idea of "life after death" never occurred to me, not to mention the "comforting" part of it.

Although two data points is not a big enough data set to say there is a negative correlation between religiosity and intelligence, that does not invalidate the idea that there very well might be such a correlation. I would not be surprised at all if it were shown that atheists have a higher average intelligence than Christians.

Stalin also single-handedly saved the planet from the perils of Nazi domination. Whassup with all the hatin, dawg?

Martin Luther King was a pacifist liberal turd.

"wanna come down here?"

batman moves his dressing.

"want to be jammed into my CAPSULE? THIS is indeed a fine situation, batman. i think you should secure your data while you still can..."

"...but batman, your data block #5 is discharged..."

the move was DIABOLIC. batman took the handle. 81. 82. 83. 84.

"and the deadline, joker?" --
"messed up already. your farts blew me up real nice."

*diaboliskt skratt*

batman came through the door with a handle in his hand:

"i'm dead"...

"if only earth could swallow my fuck now..."

bedman was very; VERY eager to --
thirtysomething he was, and about to release the jar...

nothing is never anything while nothing is always something, disgruntled are the tops...
and batman, while topless and humid and ever so fucktarded...
AS
it seems, never so thirsty as now, like he would; like he should, devour HER dime a dozen. always move the chair. what is more, batman got himself a job.

"now i hear a woman, i've learned something..." mutters batman with a great opportunity to grab through the glass closet. while the japanese javelin... the big TV; here and now...

like a movie in that room; pure stereo...
a dying sofa, batman sneaks through the window as a permanent thirtysomething thirtysomething...

last chapter; the sea

i see batman; the gift...
[that wall
that closet
then the door would come -- here it comes]
drifting in the water, snaring hell
[the kettle]
biasing the rocky shore...
[a boat...]
alive and well
[...of batman]

"what's this japanese leek thing?..."

batman's countersignature...
we knew... we knew --

someone is moving the floor.
the bathing costume in the worst data bank... the middle cosmos; void & eruption... wish it away -- push here, commuter erection. . . flowing shankoo twisting your light key.

someone breaks down. batman is afraid and well.

never been so well; the most vulnerable of all --
soft penumbra cache coupled with liquer missiles...

the most vulnerable of all sins --...

I was kidding about Stalin, but Dr. King was a douche no doubt.

There are many religious people who have given far more to improve the world than anyone here EVER will, so let's stop the dick waving bullsh*t. The simple fact is that making the world a better place has to do with the material, which means that one can do so whether they have religious views, lack religious views or anything else. You have your priorities direly messed up if you are going to judge people based solely on their views on the concept of divinity.

not really. even if you think the USSR won it single handedly, they won it despite of stalin.

how can you attack MLK, Jr.? he accomplished much with nonviolence, and i don't think violence would have been better. he ended segregation in the south, but you want to hate him because he didn't launch the revolution? that's senseless. he fought his revolution his way, and HE WON.
