What are the differences?
from my knowledge, CC is much more de-centralised, but what else are the differences, as Rosa Lux was a leninist wasnt she?

Council Communism is like Leninism but without democratic centralism. Rosa Luxemburg didn't believe you could have democracy in a one party state like Lenin did. Annother difference between Lenin and Luxemburg was that Luxemburg didn't believe in independence for the different nationalities in Russia like Lenin did.

Anti-Communists use this as criticism of Luxemburg, however Rosa Luxemburg was Polish and being Polish and disagreeing with Polish nationalism is no different from living in Wrexham and voting no for the Welsh assembly.

Well, the way I understand it, true Council Communism is the belief that rule should come from a democratically elected executive council. It isn't supposed to be totally decentralized. At least that's my understanding.
