I think that we should all gather round in this thread and expand our minds about the people who portray their socialist ideals through art. If anyone knows of any foreign communists such as Ali Primera ( http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/6590/ ) post a wesite about the person.

I am specifically hoping that we get some visuals in the thread. I'll see if I can find this person my English teacher was talking about. He apparently was chosen to engrave a mural on the wall of a bank. He used water colors to paint over what he sculpted and it looked like little children having fun. But, when it rained, the colors dripped away and conveyed a sculpture of the evil of capitalists, there was lenin in the thing to I believe. I'll see what I can do, but until then, research art by communists.

Brujeria is a Spanish deathmetal band. A good song is called "la revolucion."
