Please read the following before posting and starting new topics in this forum:

When starting a new topic in Sciences & Environment, please kick it off with a proper (as in, longer than one-line) post of your own making -- ie do not merely link to an article or a video. This to increase the chance of a qualitative debate emerging and to prevent one-line responses caused by people getting confused over what is meant to be discussed in the thread, and which soon will make the thread get derailed or simply die.

If you only want to share a link with us, and aren't necessarily interested in discussing it indepth, please do so in the S&E link, reading & watching suggestions (http://www.revleft.com/index.php?showtopic=65395) thread!

Polls are enabled in this forum. Ones on serious issues are welcome, and might even get pinned -- they have been proven to spawn good debates and can be quite exciting and fun.

Please remember, that Sciences & Environment is a forum for serious, indepth discussion. One-liners and posts which do not contribute to the discussion in a serious fashion will be regarded as spam and trashed. This in accordance with the RL Guidelines (http://www.revleft.com/index.php?act=boardrules), in order to ensure a high quality in the discussions. After all, the Chit Chat forum exists for a reason.

And last but not least, if you have ideas or suggestions which you feel could improve the forum, issues/complaints/questions regarding the moderation of this forum or something else, please don't hesitate to send me a private message (PM).

Thank you and happy posting. :)

Comradely, Sentinel
