View Full Version : Bnp In My Street!

My Girlfriends Asian and when walking down our street to catch a train the other day, she noticed one of our neighbours cars has a sticker in the rear window clearly in support of the BNP. Now I'm not exactly the most calm of people anyway but this kind of infuriated me. In the cold light of day I've calmed down a little. Anyone have any suggestions as to a possible corse of action?

Of course I don't want to promote illegal activities, so keying the car and burning a hammer and sickle in the garden with lime is out of question ;)
Seriously though, maybe distibute some anti-BNP literature around the neighbourhood and get people "on your side". Let this fool know that racists and fascists will not be tolerated.

Put an antifa sticker over it?

Don't get too angry or hot headed, I know the feeling mate, honestly.
Contact fashwatch. www.fashwatch.org and order a batch of stickers for free. Plaster that road (not peoples cars or personal property) and the rest of the estate.
Just so the BNP supporters know that the community doesnt want them there.
It'd also be very annoying if the said car were to get it's tires slashed. Not that we'd do that sort of thing.
Give me your adress vi a pm and I'll send you some anti-BNP leaflets.

My Girlfriends Asian
How is that at all relevant? Anyway, have you ever seen this car around your town before? Is it possible that it was just a person passing through and stopping somewhere?

Not a good idea in a residential area - do you know how many innocent people could be injured or killed?

Perhaps graffiti all over their house - anti-nazi slogans like "nazis out" or "antifa were here"?

Not rely if you use a simple small ‘fertilizer’ bomb. 10 O’clock at night smash the window light the fuse throw it in and run. The impact would only blow out all the windows and mess up the inside. You just have to make sure that before you do it no one is around.

Umm, for liability reasons, bombing things should not be discussed here.

write 'ANTIFA' on a piece of cloth and strap it to a brick and throw it through the window.

More often than not these dickheads who drive around with BNP paraphernalia are normally not die hard fash but usually just misinformed members of the tin helmeted white -van -man brigade. On those grounds any form of violence is counter-productive so i would advocate just contacting a local anti-fa group to do a bit of counter-leafletting.

surely ANTIFA wouldn't be up for just a little leafletting, if that's all you suggest surely someone like UAF would do it with their far greater resources?

Like i said in a previous thread, the fash love nothing more than a group of violent trots to write about in their newspapers. It makes us look anti-social and puts them on the moral-pedestal. Better yet, get into a position where theyre likely to take a pop at you then you can turn the tables on them!

I agree, a quick browse of nazi forums shows you this. But what I'm saying is that UAF have huge resources, both monetary and in terms of human-resources so whilst they're not ready to take direct action they can have their [minor] uses in leafleting areas.

Make some leaflets highlighting why you oppose the BNP, that they lie, are racist and stuff like that.
Book a local community centre for a meeting, and invite local people who have a socially significant status. Like contact the local mosque and the local church, to get them involved, as both will no doubt oppose the BNP.
call the socialist organisations local groups and speak to local activists.
I think, if you do this, your street will likely oppose the BNP in your area.
We need to create an Anti-BNP culture, just as much as a culture of solidarity with all people in the class.

I would agree to take a non-violent approach as it will draw attention to the fact that the BNP are around and maybe stir some feelings of an anti-leftist sentiment. We do not want the BNP to have any excuse for the BNP to gain support through sympathy, or through uniting the right-wing against us. At this moment in time we need to defeat them on an ideological basis. A time for violence may come eventually but it is not know. Use local organisations of the left as suggested, or stickers but don't give them an excuse to show us in a bad light.
p.s. Temper is a failing in all of us, don't worry about getting angry. Despite what I have said no one would blame you for smashing the fucking car's window. :D

sorry - it is not 'NOW' not 'know'
my typing is crap today.
My advice will be a little different...
If you meet the guy and if he is a worker, talk to him, convince him that what he believes in is wrong and is against his interests as a proletarian.

Most people who vote for the BNP at elections are not 'fascists' or 'nazis'. The BNP is an anti-immigration party, first and foremost. They are a single-issue party who depend solely on an artificially created anxiety about immigration in mainstream society. The groups opposing the BNP (like ANL, Searchlight, London Mayor Ken Livingstone's Unite Against Fascism, etc.) should spend less time calling them names like 'nazi' and demanding censorship laws against them, and more time actually defending the cause of mass immigration. But, of course, the latter requires a lot more effort (and guts). Name-calling is easy but achieves nothing.

Come back to me when you've learned how to use punctuation and grammar properly. I can barely make out that waffle.
All i could understand was the last part about hating all races which is fucking stupid. A racist hates any or all race except their own. Like you, which is why you are a racist shit.
Please fuck off back to SF, you are wasting bandwidth.

Graffiti all over thier house. Take Inspiration from life of brian (just dont spell it wrong).
About firebombing, some girl got her car blown up when some "people" mistook it for the fascist's car because it was parked outside. But it still has had an effect on the fascist. His neighbourhood now hate him and want him out.

You have to be very careful with whatever you do because if you're caught you're in trouble with the police and you might also get some bother from the fash (though I doubt it cos they're incompetent cowards but you never know). So if you do anything take precautions, especially if you live nearby and thus will have to live with any abuse or response you get.
I'd say the best thing you could do is leafleting or postering the local area to stop his ideas spreading, maybe inform other people in the area you know about his leanings...you know, just isolate him. Hell, maybe even a local demonstration or meeting if you're really concerned.
Whatever you choose to do bare in mind the possible consequences, and obviously you know the consequences of certain things and whether or not certain actions are worth the risks.

Actualy the first thing I'd do is contact Antifa or UAF or someone and ask for their advice as they'll have the know how etc.

i'd go with the mass stickering option, you wont go to jail for that.

I'd advise against that one but if you must excercise extreme caution. (mask up and beware CCTV etc).
Might be better to unscrew the air valve in the tyre because it will show no obvious sign of vandalism.

I looked up the BNP and the impression I get is that it is like the USA's Constitution Party, with added racism. Am I correct?

Its probably closer to your nazi party, but with added emphasis on looking respectable and not appearing to idolise hitler.

You beat me to it.
I agree slashing tyres will not be beneficial and give him something to moan about to others that he’s being singled out because of his BNP support and attacked by either anti fascists or foreigners... (He would most likely claim the later, it may led to him shouting abuse at a family based on skin colour)
Best to attack the BNPs ideas and stop his ideas spreading.
