Stalinism is a system of command economy where there are class divisions. It is very similar to the relationship between the fuedal ruler and his serf, except the fuedal ruler owns an entire nation. It is very similar to the relationship between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, except it is simply one large factory of exploitation the size of a nation. In general, it is basically the same thing as fascism, only it calls itself "communist".
