homophobia references and insults

Ever since I got deep into left wing politics I've been able to stand back and observe everyday things from my new perspective. The changes and the things one notices are amazing really!

One of them is homophobia. and How sick it makes me. It really really does. Before I paid it no mind and I could care less.

all this attacks and insults to make someone feel less of a human being or to make fun of someone by using the homosexual community are simply immature, ignorant and well pretty lame!

I notice now and think is so sad that so many people are so afraid of homosexuals. to the point they are obsess with them. and use them to insult each other. how fucking lame...

I was on youtube.com the other night and every video to insult Castro or Chavez was calling them faggots, lovers, gays, homos and saying that they are in love. LMAO! I found it rather sad and I laughed on how they are so fucking homophobic. and it shows their colors and how pitiful they are!

any similar experiences?

Playing games online, like battlefield 2, according to some of the players losing is 'gay', the other team is full of 'homosexuals' [apparently that's why they were lost :rolleyes:]; and most telling of all - nearly every server ive played on has specific rules againsts racism/racial insults (a lot of them also have rules against general swearing)... but ive never seen anyone warned, kicked or banned for using homophobic language/insults.
