Okay now everyone consider that I'm new to theory and I still am trying to read other theory so bear with me.

Job plan: Now my plan is this. People who lose work will recieve government assisted jobs(recieving on the job training). These jobs would simply be small jobs that the state would need for its industries and other things that it would require, sanitation and such. Now the workers wouldn't recieve alot of money, only enough to stay financially stable. At the same time they would be assisted in finding a permanent job. If they are still looking for a job after six months the state would discontinue job hunting assistance, however the temp. jobs would remain. The people can choose to stay at the temp job and recieve full payment and all job benifiets. After a year with out finding a job the temp job will be shut off, the government will then continue assissted job hunting. At the end of the year the person will either take the job hunting assistance or they can take on the job fully.

Now if anyone has suggestions or criticisms I would appreciate them. I need to figure out the best way to go about it(should I ever run a country....and God willing some day I will)if you have criticisms then please by all means go ahead, but please include what you think is wrong

Lardlad, do you accept the notion of the chronically or temporarily unemployable? This includes people physically, mentally or attitudinally unable to work, or temporarily sidelined by injury or childbirth.

Also, the trust factor exists in employing those recently released from jail for violent crimes or financial crimes.

I understand that some special concerns will need to be met. as for criminals they will be monitored and on probation.

those people who can't physically work will be assisted by the government....though I guess i should have thought more into that part

You may find this surprising, but no country has ever allowed anyone called LardLad to come to power

I don't really understand why you'd cut them off like that. Could you explain?

I think it is fairly inhuman too.
If capitalism cant provide decent jobs no one should suffer from it.

MAybe I should change my name then.

As much as I hate to say this but running a socialist country is fairly unstable on money, either you become very succesful or very very poor. THe state wouldn't be ablle to continue supplying people with jobs for long....

Actually now that I think about it since the temp jobs would be working for state owned industries it would produce money with in its self so the jobs would pay for them selves...never mind, cut that part out of my statement
