I recommend to those of you interested in formulating ideas on relevant and tactics in the west/developed world, that you read this, I realise it focuses a lot on environmentalism, but there's a bit in there about community self-determination. I'd like to know what you thought of it, and maybe have a discussion around it.

I liked that article a lot, though it seems that things like that have all but died here in the U.S.
