Canadian red watch blog (http://hxxp://canadianredwatch.blogspot.com/)
This is pretty messed up, but some Canadian fascists have steppe dup their offensive against canadian communists (and others) by putting up a blog of Canadian communists/suspected communists. They have pictures, addresses, hangouts... Some of my Comrades are on it.
I'm asking every persyn on RevLeft to flag this blog, and shut it down!
(I put the address as "hxxp.canadianredwatch.blogspot.com". You have to manually enter the address, and change it to "http". This is so the fascists can't trace it.)

Already been posted on revleft, but thanks for showing concern.
There has already been a site posted in response:
http://naziwatchcanada.blogspot.com
Don't bother flagging the blog as blogspot is owned by google and they don't give a shit about stuff like that.

wow... what a bunch of idiots, I just saw the main page, but from what I saw it was just a bunch of fuhrer wantabes who spent too much time surfing the net(nazi-nerds? )!!! it doesn't look organized or well put together, if this is the best those nazi idiots can do then I'm laughing  ... wake me when they find a way to clone hitler :P ...

Of course. I wouldn't post any important details in plain view for fascist fucks to see it, don't worry about that.

Jello,
yes, I'm moving to toronto, somewhere in that vacinity, somewhere where the car insurance isn't sky high would be ideal! :o . Don't know when it'll be but I'm actively seeking employment in my trade there so whenever that works out for me I'll be there, lol, and if it doesn't work out, I'll do something else but either way I'm moving it's just a matter of a few months. But I'm kinda a big chicken about meeting so many people I don't really know, aahhh :P
Marcel,
of course not! lol, that'd be foo'ish. Lets make no plans now, unless you guys want t meet each other without me. But when this happens, I hope you're not being followed cause that would suck for us all cause you're the only one they've got pics up of :P
edit: I think we should all erase any pics of ourselves online, that seems to be where they get their pictures from, they don't seem to actually take them themselves. and that site has seriously grown from when I looked two weeks ago
Question Everything...
I have a car, and oakville isn't that far from Toronto, what, 45 minutes max? I could pick you up if there's a meet up (if that's what you meant, I'm not sure lol), assuming I don't leave my car here, I might, hopefully not though :)
ravenblade,
phieuf, thought you were stuck on that shit island for a second there
it's pretty to look at and hike and whatnot, but there's nothing there.

There is no such place in Ontario. :P

They don't know where I live as of yet, and also if I am responsible for setting up a meet you can bet that nazis would really really regret trying to crash the party. There are certain places (Kensington for example) that nazis know better than to try and go to. Also, Spadina and Bloor is like commie central. Or Gay Village... If your with ARA chances you will be safe. It's not like the old days when the nazis would just go to Sneeky Dee's to find us... we don't hang there anymore!

They do have pics of me that they took. But if your real name can be identified with communist organizing, then chances are they could find your picture if it is online. However, unless you are in the antifa movement the chances of being targeted are pretty low at this point. There is simply 10 times more commies then there is nazis, and twice as many antifas, plus antifas have support of the people whenever nazis are a threat. That's why they target antifa first. Reds, Queer people, people of colour, etc. are the next targets...

We can definately arrange a nice big meet-up, and I can invite some ML, CPC, YCL, ARA, etc people out as well and we can chill at an all ages spot, maybe head back to someone's house after for more partying. But we will arrange it all by PM's.
Are people thinking soon, or later (like in the summer)?

I'm thinking later, like summer? fuck knows when I'll get there, hopefully soon cause I'm dyin here. :(
Jello said he's comin up for school, so he may not be there til summer either.
....I know where spadina and bloor is..... when I was there in october I pretty much walked around downtown toronto for a week straight with nothing to do so I know the streets a bit, it friggin rained like a bastard when I was there too.

Right, well dont leave poor old Peterborough hanging. We do have a small but deffinately present problem with hate criminals. Point in case, earlier this year an African Exchange student at my University was assaulted by 4 big angry drunk white guys at a Pizza shop and forced to lock himself in a bathroom until the police showed up (the cops didnt really do anything, didnt even take the guys names). Now all the stores downtown have "commited to a hate free zone" placards on their windows, but the guys who did it got away scot-free. Crazy thing is it is the coolest pizza shop in town, with Communist Propaganda posters on their phonebook ads and everything.

There is a moderate problem with them in calgary but me and my friends have started fighting back so they are keeping out of sight more now. As for that red watch site the guy gives everyone his info and where he will be why dont people just go stomp his ass.

Well if the cops won't do anything, I suppose it's only natural that the community will take action, right? ;)

I just found out that I got accepted to York University, my first choice, so I will likely be moving to Toronto some time in August.
Question everything
4th March 2007, 00:20
So how are we going to organise this?
Felicia
4th March 2007, 20:27
Hi, I have some explaining to do! I was in toronto last week, I probably should have told y'all, but I was lazy.
After much thinking and anguish (believe me) I've decided not to move to Toronto. And the explanation begins: Bottom line is that I'm currently in a better position to affect change where I am, yes the activist community is small, but if I stay here I can continue my education and not be put back financially and personally by moving (financially: more expensive car insurance plus I'd have to take a lower wage job, stressing things. Personally: I wouldn't be able to take classes cause I'd be busting my ass working everyday, I'd have to form new friendships, etc). A degree (International Development) will allow me to more thoroughly comprehend the issues facing third and developing nations, therefore putting me in a better position to analyze situations more clearly and to have a greater impact with justifiable actions. I was also moving for all the wrong reasons. I was unhappy and believed it to be the small city, upon reflection I've come to believe that this unhappiness does not stem from my surroundings but from myself therefore making changes in my life (joining what organizations we do have here which I'm doing now, and the decision to go to university, oh and going out more with friends) will make me happier, I've been really cooped up these past two years and it's affected me to the extent that I'm no longer myself. Besides, what's one more leftist in toronto? I should stay here where I'm needed, for the time being. The willingness to give up everything made me realize what opportunities I indeed have and potential I have to fulfill, which I never thought exisited, or were possible for me. Sorry, I really have to learn to keep my plans in my head until they've happened. BUT if I'm ever in town again, which could happen for numerous reasons, I will make meeting arrangements, promise, y'all can meet me and make fun of me :P :)
edit: on a side note, that fucker jared taylor is back in halifax for a debate with a local professor tuesday......grrr.... but there will be open discussion! I'm excited to see the goings on, lol.

Jello:
I have friends at York, I was there last week with one of them. It's a HUGE university, like 50,000 people, I don't want to see that placce ever again, EVER, lol (for personal reasons...notihng against the university or anything). In NS our uni's have maybe 7000 max, and cost almost twice as much, which fucking sucks, but there's smaller class sizes :P

Maybe I should send in a picture of myself to this Canadian Red Watch. I am not Canadian and I don't live anywhere near Canada. I doubt Nazis in my area would be looking at a red watch for Canada. I'm thinking I should send in the photo with a fake "Canadian profile" about myself. I figure a non-Canadian photo would help distract Canadian fascists from the real Canadians. Basically, my face might stick with someone instead of the other people's faces on the site.
