Anyone familiar with the punk band Refused may be aware of this group which was formed by the former band's singer after it separated. I just started to check this band out this week but already I really like what I see. I read up about them on Wikipedia and this is what it said:

"There is much fanfare about the band's Marxist ideology and position as communists, a label they in fact give themselves. However, they don't belong to Stalinist or other traditional socialist positions and are politically opposed to hierarchy and the state. Much of their images, and writings reflect situationist, left communist, and anarchist political positions and influences."

If you are expecting another Refused you will be disappointed. The vocals are more relaxed and the overall sound is different as well. But it still sounds amazing and the lyrics are very revolutionary as well.

With song titles like "Capitalism Stole My Virginity" and "Smash It Up" what is there not to like?

Here is the download section on their website where you can listen to some of their songs: www.internationalnoise.com/downloads_audio.asp

http://youtube.com/watch?v=NzSyeXeglUQ is the Smash It Up video on Youtube.

I like them, but I think the Refused are better. I got a live sampler CD of them INC.

I like the song "Black Mask". I downloaded it as Black Mask by Refused, but I hear it is an INC song. Is that right?

I heard about that from someone else but I'm not sure. All I know is that it's a kickass song.

They have a very unique sound, a mix of jazz, rock, punk, and funk.

Yeah, that's epitomized in "Smash It Up" which is incidentally played on Radio Rebelde.

Excellent band, excellent style.

As I've been downloading and listening, their style seems to change a lot from their first to newest album. Still good, but a little softer.

I saw them live once and they lead singer came of the stage while still singing capitalism stole my verginity and into the pit and took a red/black flag that a audience member had and waved it around and then brought it onto stage and stuck it into his mic stand.
