Hello from another Marxist!

Like many members, I've been looking around daily on this board for roughly a year now, and have just today decided to take the plunge and sign up. I've been involved and active in politics for about a year now as well (mostly pro-environmental). As I said, I'm familiar with this board, so hopefully not quite to many "nooby" situations will arise. If they do, feel free to point it out!

While there isn't much anti-capitalist activity around Michigan right now, Canada ARA is just a small step away. :P I plan on moving somewhere a bit more action-oriented in the future. While I've searched extensively, if there's some sort of organization around Detroit that I may have overlooked, please let me know!

Anyway, expect to see me around much more often, and to be an active and productive part of RevLeft! (really)

Well, Detroit has a few radical organizations.

The Communist League USA (http://www.communistleague.org/) is also headquarted in Detroit, but I really don't think they are active at all.
