Hi all i'm new here so i guess i'd better say a little about myself, i'm 18 and i'm currently studying at the university of manchester though i come from just north of london.
As for my political views i don't give myself any exact label i consider myself socialist but thats really as far is ot goes. Thats kind of why i'm here really to get some opinions and have discussions so i can work out where i stand better.

No, i actually found out about it when someone mentioned it in a facebook discussion!

I don't know anyone well from the socialist party probably because most of the people i got to know through anti war demos and activities were members of the socialist workers party. I'm actually a member myself as well but pretty much on paper only at the moment. I still get the paper and still don't pay for it lol but i don't go to meetings and stuff. I don't think i really agree with them on a fair few issues i joined because avery far left person i knew happenned to be a member also.
