I mean its obvious he's shooting a gun, or is about to. But what at? Does anyone know if he's doing a little target practice, or an execution?

Target practice? I would guess its that rather than an execution or something along those lines, since if it were its logical the photographer would have used a different angle to include the executee, or at least show that Che was shooting at something. Hell, he could just be posing :P

Actually I remember reading about this incident. He was relaxing on the balcony of a hotel, and there was this really annoying street musician who just would not push off. And, well, something had to be done.

Yeah, i heard that too. And then he shot the musicians monkey, so he finally pissed off.
