The populace of Colorado isn't exactly a large percentage of the population of the World or even the US. I am more surprised that there are not more people on the forum from France and Italia conscidering we have decent membeship from other European counties and they have, historically and currently, a noteworthy leftist political climate.

My guess is that there are, or have been, other members from Colorado but they have not either visited this part of the community or arn't interested.

Leftists from France and Italy are more likely to look for French and Italian language forums, no?

And Colorado has about 5 million people.. not a huge percentage of the world's population.. but about twice that of Jamaica for example..

But we get plenty of Belgians, Dutch and Germans. Although a lot of potential members are lost from these nations because we are predominantly English speaking, you would expect a slightly greater number from countries with a more radicalised culture.

Italians are most oftenly compelled to learn Italian as a second language so they have bad knowledge of English. French often views English as an imperialistic language.
