We seem to be getting a lot of new Irish people as of late. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

SocialistYouthRevolution

So it's reformist?

Why is it called 'revolution'-party then?

And again: why a whole new initiative?

SocialistYouthRevolution

we need a revolution to achieve a socialist society so i kind of contadicted myself. But After a revolution yes it will be reformist.

Enlighten me as to what this means.

okay right in N Ireland people vote clearly along Religious lines, we want to change that by having a revolution that brings the youth and the workers together and i say youth becasue they are the ones who have the chance to unite out of the things that tear us apart. we can do this by the boycotte of the elections a peaceful revolution by doing that it lets the goverment know that people are sick and tired of the old its time for the new. After that we will have more support and our own party will contest in elections and actually do something for the people to politically get real change and reform.

Just a friendly warning here: you're in for a serious failure and depression.

I wouldn't call "not voting" a revolution. According to your description, your party is in no way revolutionary, it is entirely reformist. I'm just warning you now, you will not find much support for such a party on RevolutionaryLeft.com.

The "Bolivariab revolution" is, in the words of Chavez, an attempt to create a "Andes capitalism", how ... revolutionary

“I have said it already, I am convinced that the way to build a new and better world is not capitalism. Capitalism leads us straight to hell.”

It is true that, under the pressure from the people who want an end to poverty and exploitation, Chavez is moving to the left with his rhetorics.
But you seem to confuse cause and effect. Chavez won't start or lead a socialist revolution, if anything like that happens, he'll probably try to sabotage it. He's a leftwing populist, not a socialist.

Edit:
Here are some articles from the CWI about Chavez:
Chavez re-elected for a third term (http://www.socialistworld.net/eng/2006/12/04venezuela.html)
Lots of others (http://www.socialistworld.net/category/venezuela.html)

I, being an anarchist, don't really have much of an incentive to help you form a political party but I could give you some advice.

If you seek to gain support among RevLeft you should be as non-reformist as possible. Actually, to be totally honest, N. Ireland doesn't need another leftist political party so I guess my biggest suggestion would be to abandon this one and join another, already established one.

Hey man there already is a Socialist Youth in the North of Ireland, as well as the rest of the island. We seem to be getting an influx of new members - class consciousness is increasing!
