What is the difference between these two ideologies? This may belong in Anti-Fascism but I figured it would be more appropriate here or possibly in theory.

Not sure the difference matters except to Nazis and white supremacists.

Correct me if I'm wrong, this is mostly conjecture...
I think that the main difference is that while Nazism incorporates white supremacy/aryan supremacy, it also adheres to a lot of other doctrines:
* The National Socialist Program
* The rejection of democracy, and consequently abolishing political parties, labour unions, and free press.
o Führerprinzip (Leader Principle) as a total belief in the leader (responsibility up the ranks, and authority down the ranks)
* Extreme Nationalism
o Anti-Bolshevism
o Strong show of local culture
o Social Darwinism (struggle of the nation)
o Defense of Blood and Soil (German: "Blut und Boden" - represented by the red and black colors in the Nazi flag)
o The Lebensraum policy of creation of more living space for Germans in the east
* Racism and Eugenics:
o Anti-Slavism
o Anti-Semitism
o The creation of a Herrenrasse (or Herrenvolk) (Master Race = by the Lebensborn (Fountain of Life; A department in the Third Reich)).
o White Supremacism; more specifically, ranking of individuals according to their race and racial purity, with the Nordic race favoured the most
* Limited freedom of religion (Point #24 in the 25 point plan). [1]
* Rejection of the modern art movement and an embrace of classical art
* Association with Fascism or Totalitarianism[16]

However, white supremacy isn't tied down to a certain set of socio-economic beliefs... While centred on the right of the political spectrum I suppose the authoritarian/libertarian views of white supremacists varies...

I would sat that's about right. Basicly in a nutshell, while all neo-nazis are white supremacists, not all white supremacists are neo-nazis. Also in the U.S.A. anyway, White Supremacists are fascinated by the Civil War, and glorify the Confederate States of America, and wave around the confederate battle flag. While neo-nazis on the other hand are focused on World War II and Nazi Germany, and wave around the swastika flag. Usually though neo-nazis and Ku Klux Klanners have cordial relations though.

Christian fascists are "Phalangists", right?

The Falange was and is a fascist political party in Spain. Franco used them to his advantage after his victory in the Civil War and as I remember they simply became his puppet to unite all conservative parties.
As for the thread topic, to me it seems that while Nazi's have substance to their ideology, white supremacists have no specific views on economics. It's simply a term that racists use to sound friendlier than "fucking racist piece of shit."

The Lebanese Phalangists were definitely Christian fascists but I don't think that all Christian fascists are called Phalangists.

White Supremacy is a doctrine that upholds the racial-cultrural status quo, that being: i) there are separate races of people ii) that whites are superior to all other "races".
While almost all open white supremacists are on the right, there are some proggressives that adhere to this doctrine. There are almost no radicals hat believe in the doctrine of white supremacy, or any other racist doctrine, but there is the occaisional closet racist. This is because most conservatives agree with the status quo, and most reactionaries would want a more blatant kind of slavery for people of color.
Also there are people of color who espouse the ideological view of supremacy of their "race" (ethnicity plus cultural group), such as black supremacy (e.g. the, NOI, early Malcolm X, though he later abandoned it).
The list above is a good description of Naziism, and is quite definitive.
I hope that helps. :D
