Congress has the power to end this war through legislation. The peace and justice movement helped make ending the war in Iraq the primary issue in this last election. I'll be there. Manic, the main group is United for Peace and Justice, a liberal anti-war group and most of their fellow groups (NOW, RainbowPUSH) are also building it. Usually however most of the major socialist/Marxist groups in the US are present, as is a large contingent of anarchists, which makes it more worthwhile. It will most likely just be a long march around the White House/Capitol area.

The last major one was September 24th, 2005 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_24%2C_2005_anti-war_protest) which had between 250K-500K people show up and march on the White House. However, that march was when the anti-war movement was stronger and was built by both UFPJ and ANSWER. ANSWER is gone now and the anti-war movement has dimished a bit, so I'd expect it'll be smaller although there should still be a shitload of people.
