I have and I really enjoyed it. One reason I enjoyed it was because it wasn't rediculously artistic and much more scholarly compared to someone like Derrida.

If you read Frantz Fanon's Wrectched of the Earth you will see alot of similarities.

I have read it several times. In the last few years I have spent a great deal of my time learning postcolonial and poststructuralist philosophy. I would recommend reading Said's follow-up to this book, "Culture and Imperialism".
