This guy along with Gloria Estefan ---they never stop. Now Andy Garcia made that film The Lost City which features Che Guevara as a villian! The balls of this guy!

The worst thing is when you try to explain how all this is bullshit, people will inevitably throw back at you; "He's Cuban - he would know himself!"

This guy is from the Bastista Miami community isn't he?

What'd u expect from a wealthy bitter Cuban exile?
Whats interesting about this particular film is that it clearly shows the wealth gap in pre-revolutionary Cuba and it also portrays the role that the Mafia had in controlling Cuba (D Hoffman plays Meyer Lanksy)
But its obvious that Cuba's poor didn't matter to Andy as long as he showed how the revolution ruffled a few feathers in his family
Im pretty sure the movie didn't do well in theaters :D

i liked the movie. not as history, but i thought it was an interesting movie to watch. and i liked how he didnt go with the usual exile bullshit and pretend cuba was a totally free country before the revolution. he still made batista and his thugs look like douches, kudos for that.

That movie sucked big time and I hated the brother who joined the M-26 and the fake-ass talks with 'Ché'... Don't even get me started on the 'sax-ban' (http://www.revleft.com/index.php?showtopic=60485).
