Your post is a bit vague, Iguess you want some banners (same dimensions and such) as in the topic I just linked for your zine or something like that?

If you're looking to make just a regular banner; I would recommend MS Paint. I know a lot of people diss Paint; but I find it to be better than Photoshop, and I use it to make all of my stuff. You can actually do a lot more with it; and shit looks original and not like you just pressed an effect button.

I would recommend this program called CyD Gif Studio Pro. It's available for free at CNet. After you download the program; I could show you how to register it... the legal way obviously, just incase you need any help
