I've added these links to the RL stencil database sticky, and edited the title of the thread to '~ RevLeft Stencil Database ~ Includes tutorials'
What ya reckon?
Regardless, people can post stencil links and tutorials etc. in here, the sticky or whereever, but i (and kevis!) will be updating the RL Stencil Database with whatever people post :)

I just used that three layer one from SR today to make a stencil of basquat (sp?) tonight and it will be awhile before I finish it but its a cool and usefull tutorial and a good example of how u should put what colors into what layers. I was wondering though if anyone has any recomendations for cutting surfaces. Stencilography is dope greatest thing thats happened to my art since I saw a barry McGee (sp?) instillation and got into graffiti :D.
Oh and deffenatly check out the rev left stencil data base that http://stencil.redapollo.org/

I personally don't think it matters, so long as the colours go together well (don't use like magenta and neon green together, for example).

I'd say for thew marcos one use a fresh exacto blade because there is nothing better for stencils than a new blade :D
