To these actually:

December 16 - “Shopping for Justice.” Participants will gather on 59th Street and Fifth Avenue at noon and march down Fifth Ave. The rally is being organized by Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, Local 1199 of the Service Employees International Union, and a number of Black and [email protected] elected officials, church and labor leaders. For more information, call 212-603-3704.

December 21 - Day of Outrage - Shut Down Wall Street. The march will assemble at noon at Liberty Street and Nassau Street (One Chase Manhattan Plaza). Organized by the Black Men’s Movement and the December 12th Movement. For more information, call 718-398-1766.

RYCB is doing the same.

Of course they are, the RCP is heavily involved, shall we say, in the "October 22 Coaltion." It would be ridiciulous not to show up to demos you call for yourself.

No, I'm unable to for obvious reasons; but I can put you in touch with the FPMers that are if you wish.

can you send them to me aswell comrade, i only took two fuzzy pics on my cell.

I'd say that estimate is about right, of course expect the NYT, the police, and all the like to claim it was "only a couple hundred" like they did on the One Police Plaza Rally a couple weeks ago.

There were lots of black nationalists, NBPP, the militant was there. Several trot parties, I saw some IG members but no FPM. The rally was huge, I sold and passed out Revolution Newspapers and fliers for the O22 Coalition protest on the 20th. I think it went well, but we need to keep the pressure high.

A short video.
I am just going to ask a question. Do you guys think that the progressive defeat of imperialism in Irak is somewhat corrolated with the rise in protests(qualitative and quantitative) in the USA? Although there seems to be no direct link, it would have been hard to imagine that such rallies could occur a few years ago.

I'm sick with an ear infection and couldn't attend the rally today. I just got off the phone with Combat and he said there are only a hundred or so people there.

Yep less than 100, may be 75 mostly black nationalists, RCP, Trotskysts(IG including myself) and SWP members. However we sold a lot of newspapers to outsiders passing by(Left Henry: Sorry, there was too much noise, I couldn't clearly hear you at the end).
