I was wondering if there is someone familiar with Italian history/politics who may be able to provide some information on meliorism within Partito Communista beyond, you know, wikipedia-esque basics. To what extent it differed and overlapped with the rest of the PCI, to what extent does it differs and overlaps with Democrats Of The Left. On a related and rather open ended note, any significant/specific history on President Napolitano's influence on the development of meliorism.
