Anyone know of any leftist bookstores in Dublin, Ireland? Even outside Dublin if there's none there. Googled it but can't find any that are still around.
Thanks

I haven't been to Dublin since the 90s, but it looks like Connolly Books is still open:

Sinn Fein had a bookshop in Parnell Square with some decent stuff. Here's the website:

Connolly Books in the Italian quarter is brilliant. I can't remember whether they sell Trotsky...
Good store though. The Socialist Party or Socialist Youth usually have literature at their stalls if you can stumble upon one.

Hey CheRev
As mentioned already Conolly books is down in the Italian quater ( near the luas stop between middle abbey st and the liffey). It has an ok selection. Lots of expensive new books, some Lenin and Marx at cheap enough prices and a bit for the tourists.
Seomra Spraoi has a library but it is pretty poor at the moment. Mainly lifestylist anarchist stuff and some Green Anarchy but it also has Aufahben and a few WSM publications.
The workers solidarity movement also run a bookshop from their office. It is pretty big including most of the classic texts of Anarchism, some Marxism and alot of lefty history.
Its mainly done by post but if you wanna check it out just send me a PM or contact us through our website at www.wsm.ie
The SP also have a decent library, although pretty limited in scope, but you'd probably have to join to get access ;)
Apart from that seeing that lefty politics are somewhat trendy these days most of the major bookshops will have a decent enough selection.

Thanks The Pen.
I'm going to check out Conolly books at the weekend. Sounds like they're the main ones around.
You're right about the main book shops, and Hodges Figgis have a good enough selection, it's just a shame there isn't really a place dedicated solely to these books, I prefer to give my money to something productive than some big international bookshop chains.
Might take you up on the wsm library in the future, once I run out of (or stop finding) books on my current reading list <_<
