Plan/attend protests, participate in less legal forms of direct action, spread anarchist propaganda via various media would be my guess though. Much like what many communists do in fact.

I would be doing that, but there aren't any Stalinist Parties in the US.

I would have thought there'd be a few. I know there's a couple of maist ones and more trot ones than you can shake a stick at (but then again there's always more trot parties than you can shake a stick at) - it doesn't seem implausible for a stalinist party to be about. Although I don't know a lot about the US left (I don't live n the US)

I want to start a Stalinist Party, but I'm only 14, and I'm only here with my cousin until tomorrow. He's a member of the League, and we get into alot of arguements concerning Leninism vs Stalinism. X3

Stalinist parties don't exist because Stalinism doesn't exist. It isn't an ideology.

You're only 14. I suggest reading more and educating yourself before you become a member of any particular party. Don't burn yourself out so young.
