Funny how the capitalists have been ignoring HIV/Aids in third world countries for years, but are only now showing a slite interest in helping only because it threatens their future profits.

Thats not funny, thats the way things almost always are and how capitalists operate. Anyway, speaking of AIDS, heres an interesting story, Kim Jung Il claims there are no AIDS cases in North Korea:

Its impossible to verify, but the UN estimates that by 2002 there had only been probably ~100 cases of AIDS in the history of the country, so its not totally implausible.
