Well, i am open to advice:
I live in The Bahamas currently, and I have just found out about the recent forming of the "BNP" - Bahamian Nationalist Party.

There has been a strong nationalist sentiment from a major amount of Bahamians lately and with elections coming up, these guys may actually be formidable.
Now, most of oyu live in countries where such idiotic parties have already existed so you have more experience then me in opposing them.
I am looking for a way to possibly hold counter-protests but I want to have a large number of Bahamians on our side, since if it's me and a bunch of other immigrants protesting it will probably just play into their hands.
Any advice is appreciated.

As Nationalists usually attack on the "illegal immigrant" or "cultural battle" stances, attack back on all fronts. I know nothing about the Bahamian NP, or about the cultural situation in the Bahamas... so I can't really contribute specificly, but Nationalists almost always play the "Help! Our culture is deminishing!" card to appeal to unsuspecting voters.

Delve into their rhetoric and expose it. Remember, the Human brain is an associative machine. If you have a catchy slogan sometimes it almost defeats the purpose of doing massive ammounts of research... Make sure you are well studied, and expose - oppose - confront.

If you are going to be going with mostly immigrants, use signs with love, and coming together, parting with defunct ideas, embracing change, etc. Keep ideological symbols out of it, as that usually just makes things difficult (and also allows them to associate you with something.)

Be loud, be proud. Make yourself known. Make everyone know that nationalism is not acceptable. Make everyone know what the Nationalists stand for. Also, food always works.
