Super duper thanks to encephalon and redapollo for hosting the site, without encephalon this idea probably would have never got off the ground, so thanks heaps bro :wub:

Site info

The site is divided into 20 different folders, under broad headings like 'police' or 'religion' etc.

Anyone can view the thumbnails or large versions of the images and 'rate' them.

People who start accounts can do that, plus they can upload their own stencils (presumably in something approaching the appropiate catergories!!!), to the site as well as having space to upload their own pictures to a personal gallery (you can decide who is allowed to view, public, semi-public, private etc.).

That's about all there is to it, stuff i may have forgotten you can probably figure out for yourself - very easy place to navigate.

The site covers a good spread of issues/topics - but if anyone has any suggestions for new categories, new names for existing categories and so forth, please either email me at: [email protected]

Same goes if for whatever reason you dont want to upload a stencil on to the site (boo!) feel free to post it in the sticky (http://www.revolutionaryleft.com/index.php?showtopic=59368) and i or whoever takes the initiative can upload it on to the site for you. :D

good site but some stencils seem more like just black and white cartoons then real stencils

That's true, there are some incomplete stencils on there - i was engaged in business of going through and perfecting each stencil myself but i havent had time in recent months; so in the mean time people can take the images that are not completely stencilised and finish them off on their own in their own way - and hopefully upload their work on to the site. If you feel like fixing up some of the images please do, and i'll delete the older versions :)

Also, some of the stencils are more than one layer, so may not look like 'stencils', when in fact they are, just not single-layer ones.

Of course you can take the stencils and use them! The site exists to spread stencil designs around the build, and to build a database that people can contribute to themselves for this purpose.

Do what whatever you want with em :)

Are you asking for tips/advice on how to use them? Sorry, im having a bit of trouble understanding exactly what you mean :P

Thanks, i like the colour scheme as well, much better than the boring grey-ish 'metallic' look of some of the other skins.

And i'm glad someone has made use of the language feature! :D

That would be awesome, but you'll have to talk to encephalon. I managed the site, but encephalon is the only person who can send you a copy of it (he set it up and hosted it).
