well they're pics from a book published in Russia, which means they were definitely "approved", therefore they re bound to be one-sided.
I do have a lot of support for the poor young conscripted kid in the army of Russia, but the war itself is quite fucking imperialist.

Yeah, it's quite interesting that Russia supports independence of Transniestria and Abkhazia and doesn't support independence of Chechnya. Nice double standards.
