Anti-war protesters are politicians just like everyone else. Some of them go too far, and then they'll discredit the whole movemet.

He's full of it. As a veteran, I can vouch for the fact that the military only promotes the law of armed conflict (LOAC) and the uniform code of military justice (UCMJ). All service members are taught that to obey lawful orders and to NOT obey unlawful orders because you will be punished for them. The training is extensive on what standards of treatment are. He's a piece of shit who's lied so much that he believes it.

The correct course of action there (if he really received orders like that) would be to take it up the chain of command. Someone higher level than his commander would be eager to hear about something like this and the shit would hit the fan for that squad leader/Company commander when it did.

I'd bet some cash that you could find just about any one from his former unit who would vouch 100% against his BS. Anything for some media money and attention.. fucking asshole.

As a veteran,

Just out of curioisity, may I ask where you have seen considerable active service?

The left is really pathetic sometimes. It swallows any shit as long as it is Anti-Bush, Anti-Iraq war. It would have a lot more of credibility if it did'nt follow the anti-barking the whole time.

How can someone lie about that?
How can the US government cover up their tracks?

By altering the info sources as they see fit.

Moron.
