I doubt anyone expected them to let the "School of the America's" (or whatever they call it now) go to waste. The US must prepare to slaughter Latinos for electing governments not beholden to the US plutocracy.
I say too little, too late. There is a sea change, a wind change, a new paradigm; call it what you will, but the 'good old times' of the '70s will never come back.
