I saw they advertised a meeting with the whackjob primitivist, Zerzan.

Midwest Anarchists are not primitivists/'post-leftists', are they?

A few of 'em are.

But I certainly won't be going all the way to Ohio just to see Zerzan speak, regardless of how many other Midwesters are there. Minnesota is a fair distance away.

Woah, I'm going to have to look into this.

Coincidentally are there any Lansing area anarchists around here?

Some of them might. But the term "Midwest" just connotes a region in the United States.

Last year had a wide variety of anarchists there, and some serious cool characters.

I'm proud to represent a group out of Lawrence Kansas, Kansas Mutual Aid.
(I've never met a primitivist)
